This work was installed as part of an exhibition at Grizzly Grizzly in Philadelphia, PA. For this piece I cast a large broken boulder in crystalline wax. This form denotes permanence and time. During the exhibition opening, gallery visitors were encouraged to draw graffiti all over the boulder, making their mark directly on the piece, further toying with the idea of permanence, time and residue.
